Online Returns

We offer a no questions asked free return policy for orders within 30 days of your purchase. Please note all items must be in new and unused condition with all tags and applicable packaging to qualify for a return. To qualify for free return shipping, your original order must be over $149. Only one return label will be supplied for a single order, we do not offer labels for multiple returns from an original order.

If the return process is not followed your return could be denied and sent back to you.

Online Exchanges

We no longer offer exchanges - all returns are processed as a full refund and we ask customers to re-purchase the associated correct size, shape and/or colour. This method provides a much quicker way for customers to receive the replacement item.

How to lodge a return

To start a return please contact us using the email below, making sure to include your order number, email and the item you would like to return.

Where to Mail your Returns and Exchanges:

Once you contact customer service we will process the return and send you a free return shipping label from Australia post. Once you receive your label please package your items safely making sure they wont be damaged during shipment. Please place the Shipping label on the outside of the satchel or package and send it back accordingly, following the Australia Post instructions.
