In order to guarantee delivery for Christmas Day all orders must placed before 12/12. For WA we recommend placing orders by 8/12.

Some regional areas and New Zealand do not apply. We recommend placing orders by 4/12. Please also note some couriers are being impacted by the large volume of deliveries which can effect arrival times.

Online Returns

We offer a no questions asked free return policy for orders within 30 days of your purchase. Please note all items must be in new and unused condition with all tags and applicable packaging to qualify for a return. To qualify for free return shipping, your original order must be over $149. Only one return label will be supplied for a single order, we do not offer labels for multiple returns from an original order.

If the return process is not followed your return could be denied and sent back to you.

Online Exchanges

We no longer offer exchanges - all returns are processed as a full refund and we ask customers to re-purchase the associated correct size, shape and/or colour. This method provides a much quicker way for customers to receive the replacement item.
