Delivery Method

We currently use the most readily available service according to your delivery area, which includes all major domestic and international couriers. Some of the couriers include Australia Post, New Zealand Post, DHL, and Aramex.

Delivery Address

Please provide an address where you will be located during normal work hours as we may require a signature upon receipt depending on the carrier. If a business address is provided we will require the business and receiver's name.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend delivery locations or re-direct parcels. We recommend contacting our team to request a cancellation and put through a new order.

Dispatch Times

All items purchased on sunseekerswim.com.au will be dispatched within 2-4 working days from our Sydney, Australia warehouse. You will receive a tracking email from our shipping partners with all relevant courier and shipping information upon dispatch.

Once your order is dispatched packages will take 2 - 5 days to arrive depending on the location and courier used.

Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above timelines are as provided to us by the freight company.
