Returns & Exchanges
We offer a no questions asked free return policy for new products within 30 days of your purchase. Please note all items must be in new and unused condition with all tags to qualify for a return. If the return process is not followed your return could be denied and sent back to you. To qualify for free return shipping your original order must be over $100. Only one return label will be supplied for a single order over $100, we do not offer labels for individual items in an order.
We no longer offer exchanges - all returns are processed as a full refund and we ask customers to go online and re-purchase the assciated correct size, shape and/or colour. This method is a much quicker way for customers to receive their exchange, rather than waiting for the exchange process to receive their new shipment.

Where to Mail your Returns and Exchanges:
Once you contact customer service we will process the return and send you a free return shipping label from Australia post. Once you receive your label please package your items safely making sure they wont be damaged during shipment. Please place the Shipping label on the outside of the satchel or package and send it back accordingly, following the Australia Post instructions.
